To enhance and digitise the way organisations assess and improve asset management performance, we’ve developed the PREMA app —a smart, cloud-based application.

The PREMA app is a cloud-based asset management assessment software solution, that allows users to assess their asset management maturity against a series of best practices, across the asset management life cycle.

The application allows you to ask the essential questions on how well you execute your asset management business processes; covering key areas such as operations, maintenance, reliability and people factors, generating key performance indicators and key asset management ratios, to allow you to benchmark your performance.

The solution creates action plans, to allow you to close the gap between your expected and actual performance and is a continuous improvement tool, allowing you to reassess regularly to monitor progress and create long term improvement plans.
